This one hour workout is lead by Director Lucy Francis and is a comprehensive ultimate body work out with aerobic, anaerobic, muscular endurance, and full body stretch, completely choreographed to an awesome playlist. The class is split into sections allowing you to join in or take breaks as necessary.
This class is suitable for everyone, circus artists and non-circus artists alike, all fitness levels welcome!
Classes can be booked as single drop in sessions or as a course.
