Want to take your training to the next level? Our 6 week intensive could be perfect for you!
Over the course of 6 weeks you will train intensively in acrobatics, handstands, trampet, acrobalance, banquine, hand to hand, aerial cradle, and Korean cradle. This course gives you the opportunity to develop your technique and refine your skillset.
You'll also create a spectacular group number which will feature in our Summer Circus Festival - our training space transforms into a stunning events venue for the festival, which features a range of shows!
All shows will be professionally filmed and photographed.
10-10.30am - Warm Up, 10.30-11.30am - Acrobatics, 11.30am-12.45pm - Acrobalance, 12.45-1.30pm - Lunch, 1.30-3pm - Warm Up and Aerial Cradle, 3-4pm - Stretch
10-10.30am - Warm Up, 10.30am-12.45pm - Self Practice
10-10.30am - Warm Up, 10.30-11.15am - Conditioning and Handstands, 11.15am-12.45pm - Banquine, 12.45-1.30pm - Lunch, 1.30-3pm - Warm Up and Korean Cradle, 3-4pm - Self Stretch
