Course Information:

We are excited to be hosting this incredible rigging course, created and delivered by Bryan Donaldson from High Performance Rigging. 

The course covers a range of theory work and practical elements, and you will learn all about the fundamentals of aerial rigging and safety. Course content includes: safety factors, legal responsibilities, knots and their uses in different circumstances, lifting and loads, connectors, and much more!

All participants will take part in a multiple choice/theory test at the end of day two, and receive a comprehensive course manual.

Bryan (of High Performance Rigging) regularly works on a range of aerial rigging and consultation jobs, and has a phenomenal breadth of knowledge and experience in the field.

Work includes: rigging and consultation on Disney's live action movie - Dumbo, rigging for a wire walk across Battersea Power Station with the BBC, rigging for the Brit Awards 2019.  

Further Information:

Participants should ideally have a background in aerial performance or technical theatre, and have a reasonable level of fitness (for optional practical 'at height' demonstrations).
