Acrobalance is a beautiful acrobatic circus discipline, where two or more artists perform various counterbalanced and balanced positions, like handstands in the air and standing on each others shoulders three people high!
In this session you will learn some beginners acrobalance shapes and exercises, as well as strength and positioning skills and exercises.
