These circuits are tailored for your fitness level and can be used as a warm-up or an intensive workout.
The class is run by personal trainer Simon Bennett who isn't from our usual circus background; Simon brings a new set of skills to our group of fantastic individuals.
He has a history of martial arts and rock climbing and performs fire-breathing and poi. He holds private and group session at the National Centre for Circus Arts as a personal trainer whilst running his company Optimal Personal Training.
