COVID-19 TEMPORARY CLOSURE DONATIONS
We hope you are enjoying online classes through AirCraft Circus Academy - and thank you all for your continued donations to help support us through these times. As we are closed and unable to generate income from our space, we are relying on donations and payments for our online classes in order to continue to pay the space expenses during lockdown.
Circus is not only great fun, it also has a unique, impressive number of educational and developmental outcomes, and it’s a great way to improve our mental health too. Circus can improve coordination, concentration, balance, self-control, discipline, appreciation of risk and team-building skills. It also strengthens intellectual capabilities, improves physical health, exercises creativity and increases confidence and self-belief.
Circus is a wonderfully life changing art, however it requires a lot of expensive space and equipment and intensive supervision by experienced and skilled teachers, none of this is cheap and that can make circus unaffordable for the children and adults who need it the most.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
MAKE A DONATION TO AIRCRAFT CIRCUS ACADEMY as an unfunded not-for-profit organization, we strive to provide as many circus opportunities as possible, with the best trainers and best equipment. The running costs of a training space are expensive and we welcome and appreciate any support possible.
FUND A ‘SMALL PERSON BURSARY’ OR A ‘VERY SMALL PERSON BURSARY’ £240 will enable a local child aged 7-17 (who would otherwise not be able to attend our classes) benefit from a 12 week circus skills course. £144 will enable a local child aged between 3–6 years to do the same.
FUND CIRCUS TASTER CLASSES FOR SEN CHILDREN £350 will enable a group of up to 8 SEN (Special Educational Needs) children from across London to experience a two-hour circus workshop at AirCraft Circus Academy.
