Develop core strength, balance, stamina and agility.
Come and have a go on your own or in a group. Acrobalance consists of partner lifts, handstand conditioning and group shapes. Increasing strength, balance and core tonic.
You will be learning held poses and postures. Once mastered, these can be combined in routines with dance moves performed on the floor.
