Class Information:

These taster sessions offer you the chance to try out circus skills before committing to one of our six week courses.  You'll be taught by one of our expert instructors within a small group environment - giving you plenty of time to get a feel for the equipment and ask questions you might have about classes!

Aerial Straps

Aerial Straps is great for building strength, flexibility, and confidence! In this session you will learn: how to mount the equipment, strengthening exercises, and stunning shapes that even first time participants can be perform!  Straps is slightly more challenging than so only recommended for those who have tried aerial before.
