Course Overview:

This course is a 4 month intensive training course for the professional development of people over 16 years old. Our aim is to fast track you into the professional circus world and help you build a solid foundation in a wide variety of circus disciplines.  We take this course very seriously and all of our instructors are highly qualified professional circus trainers and performers.

This course caters for improvers through to intermediate and advanced levels and is not for suitable for absolute beginners. A background in some circus, gymnastics, dance, physical theatre, or similar is required.  You will be expected to participate in all of the course Monday to Friday from 10-4pm and be ready and willing to learn.  You will be required to keep a journal diary of your progress and take care physically and mentally.

Created by AirCraft Circus Academy, we have been running this course for over 15 years and have trained over 350 students, many of whom are now working in the circus industry; including traditional big top circuses (Zippos, Circus Beserk, Circus Fantasia, Jay Miller's Circus), cruise ship contracts, city cabaret venues (Phoenix theatre, The Box), holiday hotel resorts (Spain, Marrakesh) and some have gone on to perform in large scale shows such as Come Alive (London), Cirque Du Soleil and Dragone.
