On our one month intensive course you'll train 5 days a week for 4 weeks -that's 100 hours of training in total.
You'll take classes in a wide range of disciplines, with classes including; aerial hoop, silks, static trapeze, flying trapeze, straps, rope, stretch, dance, acrobalance, handstands, trampet, acrobatics, and performance.
Training is from 10-4pm from Monday to Friday each week.
The last Friday afternoon will be a chance to invite friends and family to come and see an informal showing.
Suitable for ages 16yrs+.
